I never realized that Peggy-O was a cover tune. I guess I must have imagined Hunter channeling Dylan Thomas or other Irish poets to construct this beautiful song.
Thank you LiA for bringing the G.D. and their wonderful music into better context for me.

Peggy-O was also covered by Simon and Garfunkel on their debut album, Wednesday Morning 3AM. It's a "public domain" song. Quite old.
